Ed is state-licensed and carries the insurance and bonding that professional work requires, but the credential that matters most is what he insists on every time he walks a job site.
Away from the truck, Ed is a tinkerer. He fixes things because he cannot help it, and his garage at home looks like the service van’s overflow shelf, organized just enough to find a fastener when he needs one. He is a believer in standing behind work with his name on it, and he will be the first one to climb back up a ladder if something isn’t right.
